A: Hi-vis vests are designed to be worn over
existing workwear. We recommend checking sizes while wearing jackets or
hoodies and allowing extra room for comfort. Sizes are available from S to
6XL for standard colours.

Our hi-vis vests are finished using transfer print only. This method is best suited to the lightweight polyester fabric, providing clean, sharp logos without affecting the performance or comfort of the vest.

Embroidery isn’t suitable for hi-vis vests, as it can damage the fabric and increase costs. Transfer printing keeps your branding clear, durable, and cost-effective, while maintaining full visibility and compliance.

Delivery is 2–3 working days after production is completed via Evri, or you can collect from our warehouse.

You choose the options that suit your needs, such as garment colour, size, and print placement. Once your order is placed, we order the stock in, print your design in-house, then carefully pack and label each item. After final checks, your order is dispatched or made ready for collection.

To achieve the best print quality, we recommend supplying high-resolution artwork. Vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF are ideal. We can also accept PNG or JPEG files, provided they are clear and not pixelated.

PNG files must have a transparent background. Artwork should be supplied at the correct size, with text outlined where possible. If you’re unsure whether your file is suitable, our team can check it before printing.
