Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 1-3 working days to process your order. Expect an email within the timeframe selected on shipping option to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Unit 18, Pottery Way, Pottery Court, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG68YN

Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, from 1.00pm – 4.00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY  During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 5 miles of our shop.  If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for  local delivery.  Orders placed before 10am during store hours 8.00am – 5.00pm will be delivered the next working day if next day delivery has been selected. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the following days after production is completed.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking  information.

 FLAT RATE SHIPPING - Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using Royal Mail or Evri . Flat rate shipping fee of £5 applies to orders shipping  to mainland Uk. We do not ship outside of Mainland Uk Locations at this  time.   

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  We do not offer international shipping at the minute. We do apologise for the inconvenience, but we hope you will return to check if the shipping policy has changed in the future.  

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at info@printintheuk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution. If the item ordered is custom made (i.e. customised with your picture) we will not be able to issue a refund as this item is not to be reused. However, if your item arrived damaged, please follow the instructions listed in the returns policy.
